About Us

My photo
Pierson family
I was born in Arizona. Shortly after that our family moved to Missouri, where I spent many years growing up. I left home to attend what was at the time Ricks College. After my first year there I went to spend the summer with my sister and her family. I worked there all summer at Six Flags Great Adventure. I also met a nice missionary. All of the missionaries were nice, but only one decided to write me letters and get to know me. His name was Gaylen Pierson. Gaylen was born in Idaho. He joined the military a year after high school. After his training he served a mission for our church. He was called to the Morris Town NJ mission, where he served for 2 years. The fact that we met so far away from our homes is pretty amazing to me. Because even though he lived in the same town, and I went to college in the same town, we may have never met each other. After he got home, and we got to know each other better, we decided to get married. On this day our family began.
